Plum Field Advisory Inc. (“PFA”) and the Japan Productivity Center have agreed to form a broad business alliance on the support service for Japanese companies entering into overseas markets.

When Japanese companies tap into overseas markets, especially the fast-growing Chinese (including Hong Kong) and other Asian markets, the differences in political condition, business practice, culture and laws and regulations often raise problems such as fraudulent accounting, bribe, embezzlement and misappropriation, harassments, discrimination and violence. In order to resolve such problems and improve the society and living standards not only in Japan but also in the target countries, PFA and Japan Productivity Center will fully leverage their business resource and cooperate in the field of consulting, education and training and vocational activities. As such, PFA and Japan Productivity Center aim to provide stronger support to their clients.

[Overview of the Japan Productivity Center]
On its 50th Anniversary in 2005, the Japan Productivity Center released the “Aiming for a trustful and dynamic society ? Productivity initiative for the 21st century”, which demonstrates the direction of the new productivity movement. A comprehensive productivity improvement through the enhancement of 3 powers (namely, intelligence, people and environment) was proposed in the initiative.
